This website is for the benefit of the homeowners and those who may be considering purchasing a home at River Place.
The Homeowners Association (HOA) is a legal entity that is empowered by the deed restrictions and by-laws that each homeowner agreed to at their house closing. The HOA was created for the limited governance of the subdivision relative to architectural standards, and maintenance of common areas like the entrances, cul-de-sacs, and mailboxes.
