History of Riverplace Subdivision

  • The River Place Subdivision property was formerly one of the farms in the Troy area. The subdivision consists of 38 homes. The actual property was used to grow corn field among other things.  The property was developed by Joseph Phillip Craig, who is known as one of the premier builders in the Troy area.  Joe Craig is known for building exceptional houses as the home owners in our neighborhood will tell you. Many of the homes contain special details and features. Joe also developed the Orchards subdivision off of Adams between Long Lake and Square Lake.  The homes were built in the time frame of 1989-1993.
